In addition to engineering plastics like PA (Polyamide = Nylon) / POM (Polyester) / PC (Poly carbonate), we can handle super engineering plastics like PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) / PEEK (Polyether ether ketone = PEEK).

In addition to machining, we also handle welding and joining the plastic using adhesives, as well as bending, engraving and screen printing.
Dyeing

We offer four standard colors, viz. black, red, blue and yellow. (Please consult us for other colors. We can also provide fluorescent dyeing).
Locking

We undertake locking of resin screw (plastic screws). We undertake make processing where lock and seal function is imparted to the screw itself by processing highly reactive and microcapsuled adhesive agent, three lock processing that enables repetitive use by melting and gluing special-purpose nylon resin, nut-hold processing that impart lock function to the nut itself by special processing of locking agent on the screw of the nut.

Coating
